Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Support Engineer to join our Production Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based brokerage platform. Our technology stack is constantly evolving, providing a dynamic and exciting environment for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for our cloud-based brokerage platform
- Collaborate with a geographically diverse team to deliver outstanding solutions
- Build and leverage client and vendor relationships to drive business growth
- Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to complex technical problems
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in production support and on-call handling for 24/7 applications and infrastructure
- Extensive experience working in AWS cloud environment
- Programming language skills in Java, Python, or Node (desired)
- Experience with infrastructure components such as EKS, Kafka, MQ, and database technologies like MongoDB and MariaDB
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like CloudWatch and Datadog
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- MSCE or A+ certification (MSCE preferred)
- AWS certifications (AWS SysOps, DevOps)
- Domain knowledge and experience with brokerage back-office systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Core and Terraform
