As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Highlights:
- Competitive Compensation: Earn $17/hour for English-speaking only candidates or $18/hour for bilingual candidates (Spanish or Creole)
- Flexible Schedule: Work a 40-hour week schedule with availability to work shifts between 7am-11pm EST, including weekends and holidays
- Comprehensive Training: Participate in 10 days of initial training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
- Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspace to perform job duties
