As a Remote Member Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Required Skills:
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience demonstrating proven sales and service skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls
- Professional phone demeanor and clear speaking voice
- Effective oral communication skills, complemented by strong listening abilities
- Resourcefulness and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in a Windows software environment
- Desired typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and composition
- Good organizational skills and time management
