Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through warm calling and follow-ups with service professionals.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored Action2Call™ solutions to meet those needs, emphasizing the importance of immediate customer response.
- Utilize market research to identify potential sales opportunities in industries such as home services, legal, and real estate.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Action2Call's AI-driven services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve offerings and service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with industries such as plumbing, HVAC, real estate, or legal services is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (GoHighLevel) is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate the technical aspects of AI-driven services in a clear, compelling way.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
