We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Math Learning Center Director to join our team at Mathnasium of Aurora. Job Summary:
- Competitive salary: $20 per hour

- Part-time hours, with consistent scheduling after school and on weekends

Responsibilities:
- Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing personalized learning plans
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with families
- Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training
- Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method
- Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
Requirements:
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
