As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through our range of products and services, creating personalized solutions that meet their needs
- Build meaningful connections with customers, driving sales and earning commissions through your expertise and passion for helping others
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, expanding our reach and impact
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to ensure our customers receive the support they need, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance
