Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and retain high-quality dental networks, ensuring access and affordability for our clients and members
- Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to drive growth and profitability in our managed care contracted networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
- Travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects, fostering relationships with dental professionals and promoting our services
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in recruitment, sales, or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present with confidence
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, with strong data analysis and manipulation skills
- Agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of success in recruitment or sales
- Adept at critical and independent thinking, with the ability to analyze situations and determine the best course of action
- Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes, general dental terminology, and health/dental insurance preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills and experience, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences

- Competitive salary range: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
