- Description:
- Seasonal CX Representatives provide phone and email customer service with product knowledge and passion
- Collaborate daily with distribution centers and customers; remote or in-office; Mountain Studio nearby preferred
- Report to Customer Experience Shift Managers
- Responsibilities: communicate via phone, email and chat; manage the support queue; address inquiries within KPIs; articulate product information; uphold Gladly agent standards
- Start date October 1st; $18/hour; Full-time hourly non-exempt; Flexible scheduling 30-40 hours per week after training; Holiday hours; Holiday Pay; Paid Sick Time; Seasonal role through March 2026; Gear Test credit; WFH equipment package
- Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Intermediate computer and typing skills required
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Outdoor apparel/apparel knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Versatility, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
