Job Description
We are a physician-owned medical practice seeking an experienced Medical Biller with current eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience.

- Responsibilities:
- Submit and track electronic/paper claims in eClinicalWorks
- Post payments and reconcile accounts daily with weekly reports
- Work denials, rejections, and unpaid claims
- Provide weekly reports on claims, payments, and AR
- Check Eligibility for Scheduled Patients
- Requirements:
- Current, hands-on eClinicalWorks billing experience
- 5+ years medical billing background
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, ERAs, and claim resolution
- Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently
- Compensation:
- Paid on a percentage of collections basis
- x% for claims under $100
- x% for claims $100–$500
- x% for claims over $500
- Paid monthly, based on actual collections
- Details:
- Remote, flexible hours (must submit claims timely and send weekly reports)
- All software and setup are provided by the practice
- 1099 contractor position
