Quality Specialist/ Health Educator
Job Description:
Molina's Quality Improvement function oversees, plans, and implements new and existing healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs; ensures maintenance of programs for members in accordance with prescribed quality standards; conducts data collection, reporting and monitoring for key performance measurement activities.
Implements key quality strategies focused on initiation and management of member interventions
- Must Have Skills: Required
- Clinical background
- Strong telephonic customer service skills. Will be talking to members and parents
- Solid experience with Microsoft office tools – excel, word
- Adaptable to fast paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
- Experience with remote work and associated time management
- Reside in KY
- Preferred
- HEDIS experience
Day to Day Responsibilities: Making calls to members/parents to support closure of HEDIS gaps in care.
Required Years of Experience: 1 year healthcare or clinical
Required Licensure / Education: Preferred med assistant, nurse, school of public health, health educator, etc
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour
