We are a fast-growing insurance agency specializing in serving our prospects and their families. We are seeking experienced, results-driven appointment setters to join our remote team.

This is a performance-based, pay-per-appointment role — perfect for high-energy callers who know how to get decision-makers on the phone and set solid, qualified appointments.

If you’ve worked in insurance, Medicare, final expense, or other phone-based sales and you know how to book quality meetings, this is for you.

Call leads provided by our company (no cold list building).
Use our proven script to set qualified appointments for our field agents.
Confirm appointment details and enter them into our CRM calendar.
Follow qualification criteria to ensure high show rates.
Maintain professionalism and represent the company brand.

Pay Per Appointment: $20 per qualified appointment.
Performance Bonus: Additional $5-20 per appointment after hitting weekly targets.

Minimum 2 year of phone-based sales or appointment setting experience
Strong communication skills and phone presence.
Self-motivated and able to hit daily/weekly appointment goals.
Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.
Must be comfortable working on a pay-per-appointment basis (not hourly).

$20 per qualified appointment + bonuses.
Average experienced setter earns $1000–$2400 per week.
