Schedule: Flexible during business hours; 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

- Scope:
- Manage and create content for all social media accounts
- * Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- * Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- * Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
- * Assist in creating monthly reports on social media performance and growth
- * Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day(2 hours within the Pacific business hours, 2 hours flexible anytime
- Responsibilities:
- Create and edit engaging social media content, with a focus on video reels
- * Develop content ideas and concepts that resonate with the U.S. audience
- * Stay uptodate with social media trends and platform updates
- * Align all content with the companys unique voice and style
- * Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
- * Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure visual consistency across all platforms
- Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly for U.S.based audiences
- * Strong video editing skills, especially for creating shortform content like reels
- * Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- * Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- * Experience working with food or lifestyle brands is a plus
