Volga Partners is hiring for Remote Recruiter (English/Japanese) for an AI project!

Must be able to read, speak and write in English AND Japanese.

Our Remote Bilingual Recruiter (English/Japanese) is a crucial talent to our company, as they are responsible for the hiring pipeline for our clients.

This is an urgent position, and we are looking for flexibility.

  • Must be able to work various time zones as this position requires international recruitment.
  • Must be able to source candidates by utilizing company's recruitment platforms or through own networking or sourcing abilities.
  • Must be able to conduct interviews in both English and Japanese.
  • Must have own device (laptop/device).
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge and experience with Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Must be able to work occasionally on weekends for hiring needs.
  • Must be able to meet urgent hiring deadlines.
  • REMOTE position

Recruiting duties:

  • Consult with recruiters to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews by working directly with candidates, hiring managers and the internal recruitment team (via Microsoft Teams)
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidatesโ€™ skills
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Human Resources duties:

  • Partner with HR Administrative Assistant to ensure ensuring legislation requirements are met and completion of onboarding.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a coordinator or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn and Indeed

Rate: USD $12-$14
