- Communicate with team members or supervisors to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies
- Assist with generating reports or compiling information when needed
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM (higher speed preferred)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based systems
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
- Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Familiarity with data cleaning or basic reporting
- Bilingual (a plus for international teams)
