Position Summary:
We are seeking a Power Platform Specialist to join the Collaboration team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-change environment and enjoys building secure, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, highly adaptable, and confident in managing expectations across technical and business stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power Pages a plus).
- Create and manage PowerShell scripts to automate workflows and administrative tasks.
- Provide overflow support for Microsoft Exchange, including mailbox and group management, along with troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable automation solutions.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, including the ability to diplomatically decline requests to maintain operational integrity.
- Document processes, scripts, and workflows to support transparency, continuity, and knowledge sharing.
- Bring structure to complexity and remain composed in high-change or ambiguous environments.
- Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience working with the Microsoft Graph API
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange administration
- Understanding of RBAC, security standards, and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience developing architectural frameworks for integrating Power Platform solutions with secure data sources
- Ability to build advanced PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and security best practices
- Experience working in a Microsoft GCC environment
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power BI
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,193.00 - $105,280.00 per year
