Position: Creative Design Associate Director – Development
Location: 100% Remote
Setting: Healthcare (experience with large hospital systems preferred)

We're seeking a highly accomplished Senior Graphic Designer to lead event support and project transition planning for benefactor-facing experiences. This role is perfect for a seasoned designer with a background in healthcare, nonprofit, or donor engagement environments.

BFA or BA in Graphic Design or Design Technology
Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience (Portfolio required)
Strong proficiency in typography, form & color theory, photographic techniques, electronic layout, and branding
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); PowerPoint; After Effects
Exceptional layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
Experience designing benefactor proposals and pitch materials
Strong leadership experience and ability to mentor other designers
Proven ability to manage high-level creative across multiple event formats
Experience creating polished event branding and presentation materials
Outstanding communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Knowledge of donor-centric messaging and strategy collaboration
Comfortable overseeing production workflows and vendor coordination
Experience managing multiple concurrent event projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors
Familiarity with donor engagement and fundraising teams
Background working with institutional brand guidelines and adapting creatively
