About the position
- Responsibilities
- Run brand-funded investment strategies for the Retail Media network.
- Develop retail media knowledge to advise brands on media campaigns.
- Support upwards of 20 campaigns a month for flawless execution.
- Manage monthly financial reconciliation of co-op funds and performance reporting.
- Build and optimize processes to support brand demands.
- Utilize data to make recommendations for brand and Sephora benefits.
- Build relationships with key brand partners to maximize retail investment.
- Partner with key brands on onsite investment initiatives.
- Provide status updates on active campaigns to key team leads.
- Work with the RMN team to advise on process needs and optimization.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in agency or media required; account management experience preferred.
- Experience selling media packages.
- Exceptional project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven ability to lead and build relationships in a cross-functional team.
