- OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess STRONG PHONE SKILLS, COLD CALLING & SALES EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED) with basic understanding of real estate markets and trends. We supply ALL WARM & HOT LEADS. These are potential sellers who we have contacted or contacted us to sell a property.

- Duties
- Daily calls to warm/hot leads to gather information about the property and potential seller.
- Build excellent rapport with every potential seller while gaining insight on motivation.
- Send all information with details to one of our evaluators via our CRM system.
- Collaborate with evaluators and management team to enhance client relationships and support transaction processes.
- Make offers and negotiate terms of agreements with sellers while ensuring compliance with real estate law.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, property listings, and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry best practices.
- Requirements
- STRONG PHONE & CLOSING EXPERIENCE with basic real estate knowlege.
- Strong analytical skills with technology proficiency in CRM's and basic software platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
