- Understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and supporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP & CSRD is a plus.
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- 2+ years of processing mapping and proficiency in BPMN.
- Ability to turn data and analysis into clear stories and actionable insights.
- Understanding of automation and integration technologies.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- 2+ years of hands-on project experience in the design, configuration /development, and delivery of business process solutions.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with diverse cross-functional groups
- Self-directed, independent worker able to start from high level objectives and able to deliver detailed analysis.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Lucid Charts is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and Translate business needs and data collection processes into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Identify standard technology capabilities that meet business needs and propose best practices, recommending standard solutions, minimizing customizations
- Collaborate and work directly with Public Affairs, Finance, IT, EHS/Ops and other teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Document current and future state processes.
- Evaluate data collection processes and propose standard-aligned alternatives
- Maximize use of technology to streamline and automate processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and compliance across systems.
- Develop and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure all enhancements are compliant with IT standards.
- Proactively identity and mitigate progress barriers.
- Work directly with users at all levels withing the organization and provide timely, supportive services.
