- Key Responsibilities -
- * Provide technical and functional leadership for Manhattan Active Omni Suite product
- Liaising effectively between IT & Business Leadership and Third-Party companies for smooth implementation of product.
- Familiar with Manhattan Active Omni Suite - EOM, Store Inventory & Fulfillment, ATC, ANF, Fraud, Payments, Promo/Coupons, Contact Center Transactions & Returns, Customer Service and Engagement
- Must have been involved in at least one implementation of MAO for retailer
- Knowledge of commonly used APIs in MAO suite, along with configuration experience is good to have
- Good understanding of Manhattan Integration Framework
- Must have good technical knowledge of POSTMAN and API framework and configuration
- Good understanding of BI Tools and reporting - Manhattan SCI/ IBM Cognos preferred.
- Analyze business requirements, lead in design sessions and review configurations and extensions done by Manhattan team to perform fit gap analysis.
- Ability to guide team on Manhattan MAO design and other project requirements as needed
- Additional understanding of the Warehouse Management System and its processes is a plus.
- Ability to manage project end to end without guidance.
- Ability to provide expertise in establishing processes and procedures to ensure standards are followed by the team.
- Ability to provide project estimate and lead technical teams to meet commitments.
- Good knowledge of SQL for report generation and troubleshooting.
- Provide support for Production Issues
- Mandatory Skill
- * Require 10+ years of experience in Retail domain along with experience in Manhattan Active Omni suite.
- Hands on experience in Manhattan EOM, Store Inventory & Fulfillment, Configurations, POSTMAN, API, Good understanding of Retail and supply chain concepts
- Additional good to have skills - Automation testing experience, Manhattan or any other Warehouse Management system
- Ensure appropriate test data is defined and is available in the test environment
- Effective documentation and communication skills
