Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Remote Sales Appointment Setter to join our fast-growing merchant services team.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering high commissions and unlimited earning potential — you will earn $50 per qualified lead (live transfer or appointment set) plus a $50 bonus for every sale closed from your leads.

Your role will involve conducting outbound calls to business owners, offering them a valuable no-cost credit card processing solution

Your primary objective is to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our closers — helping business owners while earning significant commissions for yourself.

There is no cap on earnings — the more qualified leads and appointments you generate, the more you can earn. Our top appointment setters consistently earn $1,000–$2,000+ per week working full-time.

Conduct outbound calls to business owners to generate interest in our zero-cost credit card processing program
Live transfer interested prospects to our closers or schedule follow-up sales appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to continuously optimize lead generation and appointment setting strategies
Utilize proven telemarketing and outbound sales techniques to engage prospects and build pipeline

Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment setting
Strong communication skills and ability to engage business owners effectively
Self-motivated and comfortable working on a commission-based pay structure
Prior experience in merchant services, technology sales, or B2B services is a plus
Fluent in English with clear and professional phone presence
Ability to contribute to overall business development goals by generating high-quality leads
