- Assist patients with the use of their kits and address any inquiries
- Handle inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure accurate collection and documentation of patient vitals
- Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems effectively
- Operate independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CMA
- Strong customer service skills with effective and empathetic communication
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a telehealth or remote healthcare setting
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for HIPAA privacy
