Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to join a forward-thinking Data Analytics Team supporting a large-scale data-driven transformation. This role focuses on the strategic delivery of data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered with excellence, innovation, and measurable impact.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define goals, scope, and timelines.
- Oversee daily stand-ups, project roadmaps, and sprint backlogs.
- Track performance, risks, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
- Serve as a liaison between analytics, IT, and business teams.
- Contribute to data governance, quality assurance, and team coaching.
- Float into QA, BI Analysis, and DW development roles as needed.
- Your Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, systems analysis, or business analysis.
- Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Azure SQL, and SQL Server scripting.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- K–12 or education sector experience is a plus but not required.

- Understanding of data modeling and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Data Governance best practices.
- Capable of producing internal/external presentations and reports for senior leadership.
