Position : Complaints Handling Investigator Location : Salt Lake City, UT Duration : 3+ Months Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st Shift Client: Medical Devices Company Job Category: Sales Support Level Of Experience: Entry Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only) Job Description: β’ This position will transcribe data to files in a complaint handling system, including but not limited to opening new files, linking files together, entering approved investigation data, and transferring complaint data into regulatory reports for submission. β’ The position may also transfer complaint details from one database to other databases. Run queries of upcoming regulatory reports that will need to be submitted to regulatory agencies. Minimum Qualifications: β’ Two to four (2-4) years' experience in a related area or equivalency. β’ Demonstrated human relations and communication skills. β’ Experience in Word Processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and other software programs along with good letter composition skills. Must have: β’ Ability to learn new databases with guided training. β’ Proficient in Microsoft suite and general computer skills. β’ Grammar, writing and editing skills and proofreading competency. β’ Excellent organizational and functional skills β’ Strong interpersonal communication skills. β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality about information received in the course of duties in compliance with HIPPA regulations. β’ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and excellent attention to detail. β’ Ability to handle a large volume of work in an organized manner. β’ Functions well under pressure.
