About the position
- Responsibilities
- Assist in production aspects of Youth & Adult Program events in collaboration with the Senior Youth & Adult Programs Manager.
- Communicate with library and assist in concert set up.
- Prepare external correspondence for Youth & Adult Programs, including participation handbooks and newsletters.
- Assist with promotional planning for all Youth & Adult programming, including ad placement and design.
- Research promotional outlets and manage YAP programming social media presence.
- Monitor applications for all YAP programming, including payment and application deadline reminders.
- Serve as 'staff on duty' at YAP program events and perform other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of office experience, or equivalent work experience in an office setting.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines.
- Accuracy with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Mac, Google cloud-based environment, Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media, Relational Databases, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities.
- Punctual and reliable team member.
