Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. This individual will play a critical role in assisting with daily tasks across various departments, sales and marketing initiatives, finance, and contributing to strategic research and reporting as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Communication in the English language is required.
Key Responsibilities:
β Provide daily administrative support to the leadership team and across various
departments within the company
β Conduct online research and summarize findings as needed
β Manage CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) and support sales tracking activities
β Assist with data entry, report generation, and spreadsheet management
β Maintain and organize shared documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets,
Drive, Calendar)
β Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice tracking, and QuickBooks entries
β Support project tracking via tools such as Asana or other project management tools
β Draft professional emails, reports, and presentation materials
β Gather, organize, and interpret business and customer data for reporting and analysis
β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and execution of tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience
β Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or
similar role
β Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients
β Familiarity with the IT/Technology industry, including a basic understanding of AI tools
and trends
β Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
β Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
β Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and basic sales support
β Working knowledge of QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping principles
β Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or
Monday.com
β Strong skills in data collection, reporting, and spreadsheet creation
β Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a drive for accuracy
β Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms
