- Conceptualize and design brand materials for Scrum Alliance
- Work cross-functionally to produce exceptional results
- Design and provide art direction across channels: digital, social, video, email, print
- Develop and execute diverse concepts in support of our strategy
- Create branding and strategy for spatial design of major conferences
- Collaborate across departments for timely production of high-quality materials
- Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Strong creative design skills demonstrated in a portfolio is a must
- Must have knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and MAC OS Mojave
- Demonstrates creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense for branding and integrating visual elements across multiple mediums in print and web
- Strong attention to detail and making accurate edits
- Experience practicing Agile and/or Scrum is a plus
- 2+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
