We're conducting targeted discovery with senior practitioners to better understand the hardest problems in real-world infrastructure environments.
We’re hiring a technical expert—someone who’s been in the weeds with scale, latency, and operational complexity across modern and legacy stacks.
You likely have experience in:
High-performance networking (e.g. kernel bypass, DPDK, RDMA, SmartNICs)
Traffic shaping, congestion control, packet inspection, or protocol tuning at L3–L7
Multi-tenant data center networking and software-defined networking (SDN) tools like NSX, ACI, or Tungsten Fabric
Designing or operating hybrid infrastructure: bare metal, virtualized, and containerized environments
Running distributed compute workloads (Kubernetes, Slurm, Ray, MPI) across clusters with tight SLOs
Deep familiarity with observability and troubleshooting tools: sFlow, NetFlow, Wireshark, iperf, Prometheus, etc.
Evaluating or integrating vendors like Arista, Juniper, Broadcom, Nvidia, Aviatrix, or Cilium
Hands-on config of BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and inter-DC links
Managing network reliability, capacity planning, and failure recovery at the infrastructure layer
What you'll do:
Join 1–2 calls with our technical founders to share hard-earned insights
Walk through real examples of outages, inefficiencies, or scaling pain
Share unfiltered views on vendor tradeoffs, toolchains, and infrastructure gaps
Help us pressure-test product direction against the reality of data center and edge operations
