REMOTE COUNSEL – EMPLOYMENT LAW
Fully Remote | $130K–$165K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

A very reputable national labor & employment law firm is seeking Remote Counsel to join its fully virtual team of respected attorneys. This role is perfect for attorneys who want to focus on high-quality work with flexibility and autonomy.
- What You’ll Do
- Handle administrative agency charges (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
- Respond to attorney demand letters and shape pre-litigation strategy
- Contribute to single-plaintiff litigation and EPLI matters
- Draft position statements, motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memos
- Collaborate with a remote team of attorneys, partners, and paralegals
- Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work with low in-person demands
- ✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of employment law experience
- Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Bar admission in CA, WA, or AZ is a significant plus
- Strong legal writing, organizational, and case management skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote-first environment
- Experience with EPLI defense or agency proceedings is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $130K–$165K
Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
Unlimited PTO
Estimated Billable Target: ~1,500 hours
