Job Description
- The Senior Advisor, Provider Contracting is responsible for renewing and managing contracting activities of assigned retail providers and supporting ESI's strategic initiatives. Direct interface with industry executives and manage the contracting relationship with assigned providers.Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of retail pharmacy contracting experience
- Knowledge of the healthcare, PBM industry and products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and motivate indirect reports
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Project management/organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex client issues
- Strong focus on customer service
- Ability to manage timelines and meet tight client deadlines
