We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide support to our users by troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently to resolve issues in a timely manner.Help Desk Analyst Duties:
รย Provide technical assistance to users via telephone calls, emails, and/or chat
รย Conduct interviews, surveys, or workshops to identify user needs and goals
รย Assist in user training
รย Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
รย Acceptor software patches
รย Document user needs or issues
รย Establish and maintain user documentation
รย Conduct performance tests and track metrics
Help Desk Analyst Responsibilities:
รย Examine system software and network hardware for potential problems
รย Assist users with software and hardware problems
รย Clean and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripherals
รย Provide network support for users
รย Customize software for users
รย Conduct software installation
รย Train users on new software
Requirements And Skills:
รย -Bachelorรยs degree in information technology or a related field
รย 2+ years hands-on technical experience in a role involving help desk support
รย Ability to use standard computer software and programs
รย Experience with Microsoft Windows
รย Experience with Help Desk Ticketing System
