Introduction:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and completing daily financial and operational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs
ΓΒ Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
ΓΒ Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations
ΓΒ Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys
ΓΒ Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the guest ledger and completing shift reports
ΓΒ Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
ΓΒ Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies
ΓΒ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
ΓΒ Previous experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role is preferred
ΓΒ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ΓΒ Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
ΓΒ Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
ΓΒ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
ΓΒ Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
