Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership
Collaborate with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support
Lead negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth
Utilize data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies
Oversee relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business
Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon
Strong business judgment and decision-making skills with proven P&L management experience
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities
