YOU HAVE:
 A BA or BS degree. Candidates with advanced degrees, overseas teaching experience and TESOL/CELTA/TEFL certification preferred
 Minimum of 3 years recent ADULT ESL teaching experience (online or in-person), including experience with CLT
 MINIMUM availability of 10 hours per week between 1 PM to 9 PM PDT or 3 AM to 7 AM PDT AND FRIDAYS/WEEKENDS PDT
 A typing speed of at least 55 wpm
 Demonstrated experience using Zoom, Google classroom and Slack
 A reliable and fast Internet connection and a professional, well-lit workspace
