We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Chat Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, Tech Support if necessary and ensure a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
รย Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries via Online Chat Representative
รย Assist guests with reservation modifications and cancellations
รย Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving strategies
รย Provide information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions
รย Document guest interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
รย Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
รย Stay informed about hotel promotions and offerings to effectively assist guests
Requirements

รย High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or customer service related field preferred
รย Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting
รย Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone
รย Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
รย Familiarity with live chat software and CRM tools is a plus
รย Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
