Job Description
This position entails port quality audits and vehicle inspections at the following location: Portland, OR
This is not a WAH position and the employee will be required to work on site.
Essential Responsibilities:
รย Individuals hired to the Project shall be required to learn all Port Quality Audit Applications and tools to perform their daily tasks and responsibilities, including, but not limited to the following:
รย Utilizing Port Audit Website
รย Port Audit Data Collection Tool
รย Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to report audit findings
รย Vehicle Test Driver
รย Tire pressure, gap and flushness gages
รย Detailed oriented
รย Update Tools as needed
รย Review Repair Lot Daily
รย Complete layer audits of inspection process
รย Layered audits
รย Special audit of Load Line Vehicles going to high warranty
รย Rail Audits
รย Project personnel shall be required to perform quality audits on vehicles
รย Complete 40 ... 50 audits a day for various areas
รย Individuals hired to the Project shall be required to submit all the audit results obtained during the work day before leaving for the day.
รย REPORTS AND MEETINGS
รย Report out weekly finding on all daily audits at the end of each week and month.
รย Keep trend charts on their assigned model.
รย Other various reports as needed
รย Consultant shall:
รย Provide all required reports in electronic format using specified layouts and software in accordance with defined report schedule;
รย Provide daily audit results collected by Project personnel
รย Provide accurate information reports generated by Project personnel when requested
Education:
รย Must be a high school graduate
รย Bachelorรยs degree preferred
รย Clear driving record required
รย Experience in Automotive Quality Control / Quality Assurance preferred
รย Ability to work outside in all-weather conditions
รย Ability to travel as needed.
รย Work well with others and independently
This is not a remote/WAH position and the employee will be required to work on site
