Role Overview:
As an Appointment Booking Specialist, you will engage with patients, book appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to help increase show rates for medical practices. You'll use our software (GHL) to schedule appointments, text, and call patients while following best practices to enhance outcomes.
Responsibilities:
รย Engage with patients to build trust and book appointments
รย Use CRM software (GHL) to manage communications and schedule appointments
รย Answer calls, SMS, and emails, and update daily tracking reports
รย Prequalify leads and accurately record patient info
รย Work with managers to improve booking processes
รย Maintain high-quality customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
รย Proven experience in appointment booking or scheduling
รย Strong communication skills (phone, email, SMS)
รย Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM and EHR systems (GHL, Google Drive, etc.)
รย Ability to multitask and work independently
รย Must have a professional home office environment and reliable internet for remote work
Shifts Available:
รย Night Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST
