You will be responsible for managing data entry tasks and assisting customers, ensuring high-quality service and accurate information.Key Responsibilities:
 Input and maintain data accurately into company systems
 Provide customer support through phone, email, or chat
 Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
 Process orders and handle billing inquiries
 Maintain and update customer records
 Assist in creating and improving customer service processes
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
 Meet performance targets related to data entry speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
 Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
 Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
 Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required
