รย Support financial reporting of DX 2030 Environmental Goals by partnering with Corporate Environmental Sustainability, Global Public Policy, and Environmental Sustainability LOB teams
รย Assist with ongoing development of reporting strategy for progress toward 2030 Environmental Goals commitments
รย Provide ongoing/ad hoc financial analysis and consolidation for DX Segment Security
รย Partner with Finance teams across the Segment in support of financial consolidations for these two functional areas

Responsibilities
รย Work to sustain and continuously improve newly created consolidations and reporting processes
รย Coordinate key financial processes (Long-Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and Forecasts) for both operating expense and capital budgets
รย Build financial models and reporting tools, analyze data, and perform ad hoc analyses
รย Assist with the preparation and delivery of presentations and communication to audiences of all levels
รย Collaborate across multiple functional areas to provide/receive inputs and collect/share data
รย Understand inter-dependencies, establish critical path, and bubble up key challenges at the appropriate time
รย Positively confront and resolve conflict with sound judgment and a focus on long-term business relationships
Basic Qualifications
รย Track record of implementing new or improving existing processes
รย Effective organizational skills with minimal guidance needed and attention to detail
รย Excellent relationship and partnering skills with the ability to influence, resolve conflict, and drive results
รย Ability to navigate SAP, Excel and PowerPoint and an openness to learn new tools
รย Technical skills to understand data with ability to develop and create new models
รย Ability to craft clear and persuasive presentations/communication to audiences of all levels
รย Ability to understand complex financial concepts and translate them for non-finance partners
รย Ability to analyze and present complex data to leaders and partners in a way that can be easily understood
รย Ability to balance competing priorities and manage time
รย Proven ability to develop a clear understanding of the business, the processes required to support the business, and the development of relationships with various teams
Preferred Qualifications
รย 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related field
รย Graduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
รย Proficiency in Power BI / other data visualization software
รย Experience supporting a global operation
Required Education
รย Bachelorรยs Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics Apply Job!
