Responsibilities
รย Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatry patients
รย Prescribe medications and psychotherapeutic treatments
รย Conduct outpatient appointments with 60-minute new and 30-minute follow-up schedules
รย Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, social workers, and therapists
รย Utilize Epic electronic medical record system with dedicated behavioral health templates
รย Participate in telemedicine opportunities
Qualifications
รย Requires MD or DO
รย Current unrestricted Texas medical licensure
รย Board certification within 3 years of experience
รย Valid prescriptive license required
Education Requirements
รย Medical degree (MD or DO)
รย Board Certification in Psychiatry preferred
