Call Center / Sales Representative Compensation
รย The pay for this position is $25.00 per hour
Call Center / Sales Representative Highlights
รย Schedule is Monday รย Friday 8am-5pm PST
Call Center / Sales Representative Responsibilities
รย Call Center/ Sales Rep making outbound calls supporting Care management Team for CA Market
รย Fast Paced Call Center setting - making outbound calls to existing managed care members.
รย Calling existing members and discussing memberรยs care / medical reasons for members to sign up for the program.
รย Enrolling members into Care Management programs
รย Production/Sales based role - will be monitored on the number of members they sign up for program
รย Making a minimum of 60 calls per day in a fast-paced environment
รย Data Entry into True Care EMR system
Call Center / Sales Representative Requirements
รย Candidates must live in PST or MST time zones
รย 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment within the healthcare field
รย At least 2 years of previous healthcare experience required
รย Sales experience is highly preferred
รย Bilingual candidates preferred
รย Technical/computer proficiency with aptitude to troubleshoot computer issues.
รย Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
รย Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
