รย Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
รย Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
รย Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency
รย Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts
รย Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases
รย Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clientsรย needs
รย Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
รย Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred
รย Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
รย Excellent verbal and written communication skills
รย Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus
รย Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
