Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Healthcare Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
ΓΒ Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
ΓΒ Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
ΓΒ Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
ΓΒ Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
ΓΒ Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
ΓΒ Provide feedback on call issues
ΓΒ Upsell if required
Qualifications

ΓΒ Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
ΓΒ 6 months Customer service experience preferred
ΓΒ Over 18 years of age
ΓΒ Ability to type 25 wpm
ΓΒ High School Graduate or GED
ΓΒ Comfort with desktop computer system
ΓΒ Proven oral & written communication skills
ΓΒ Logical problem-solving skills
ΓΒ Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
ΓΒ Organization and work prioritization skills

ΓΒ Minimum subscribed Download rate equal or exceeds 25.0 MBPS
ΓΒ Minimum subscribed Upload rate equal or exceeds 10.0 MBPS
ΓΒ ISP must have no packet loss and Ping under 30MS
ΓΒ Proof of internet speed required
ΓΒ Clean and quiet workspace
