What you will do:
รย Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
รย Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
รย Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
รย Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
รย Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
รย Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
รย Maintain high customer satisfaction
What you will bring:
รย Fluency inDutch
รย Advanced English knowledge
รย Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
รย Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
รย Strong troubleshooting skills
