What You Will Do:
 Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inquiries from members, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
 Assist members with understanding their benefits, coverage, and claims processing, ensuring they have the information necessary to make informed healthcare decisions.
 Navigate various computer systems to access and update member information, process claims, and resolve issues efficiently.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex member concerns, striving to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.
 Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills while addressing member concerns and inquiries, fostering positive relationships and trust.
Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
 Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a related field.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
 Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
 Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
