Responsibilities
รย Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
รย Identify customersรย needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
รย Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
รย Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
รย Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications
รย Previous experience in a customer support role
รย Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
รย Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
รย Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
รย Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
รย High school degree

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $33.00 - $38.00/hour.
