- Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collect, review, and analyze behavioral data
- Assist in conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Collaborate with families, educators, and team members to support client progress
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and insurance guidelines
- Attend team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions
- Must be certified as a BCaBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Bachelorβs degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if applicable)
- Bilingual English and Spanish candidates are a plus
