Every day, we connect parents & students with a trusted tutor.
You will help to coordinate the tuition cases with parents and tutors.
You are a strong team player, a fast learner, and a self-starter, and are interested in education and online learning.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and whatsapps
- Maintain customer relationships
- Interviewing tutors & brief tutor profile to parents
- Achieving Individual/ Team Target
- Other Ad-Hoc duties
Requirements:
- Strong sales & customer service skills
- Speaks fluent English
- Bonus if able to speak and write Mandarin
- Highly motivated & have a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- You are expected to possess your own laptop
- No working experience required as on the job training provided
