Maintenance of Houston Inc., a leading provider of commercial cleaning solutions, is seeking an experienced Telemarketer in janitorial to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
β’ Make outbound calls to a list of prospects provided by the Employer to set quality appointments.
β’ Initiate conversation by promoting and creating interest in services.
β’ Have product / service knowledge. Communicate benefits and value to potential customers.
β’ Learn a scripted presentation to ensure a consistent message and adherence to marketing strategies.
β’ Objection handling-skilled at addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and maintaining a positive conversation.
β’ Responsible for accurately recording and updating prospects and customer information in the CRM system. This will help track leads, trends, and facilitate future marketing efforts.
β’ Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets.
β’ Keeping track of contacts as well as those who donβt want to be contacted in the future.
β’ Follow up on previous customers for potential sales.
β’ Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
