Remote Patient Medical Scheduler – Evenings & Weekends (EPIC EMR Experience REQUIRED)

Are you an experienced medical scheduler looking for flexible, remote work? Join our growing team of independent contractors supporting physicians and clinical staff in scheduling patient appointments within EPIC — all from the comfort of your home!
Position Details:
· Evenings: 4 PM – 8 PM or 5 PM – 8 PM
· Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Choose a minimum 3-hour block on Saturday, Sunday, or both)
· Daytime Hours Also Available: 8 AM – 6 PM (Minimum 4 hours)
· Independent Contractor (1099)
· 100% Remote
· You choose your schedule! Let us know what hours you’re available to accept projects.
· No pressure to juggle phone calls with patients on hold, YOU institute the call to the patients!
- Flexible hours based on your availability
- Orientation provided for client-specific processes and platforms
Compensation:
- Transaction-based pay
- Potential to earn $17–$20/hour, with top performers earning $25+/hour
- Tiered rates: The more projects you complete, the higher your earnings
- You invoice for completed transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience scheduling appointments using EPIC EMR
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor
- Accurate spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
- Windows 10 computer and high-speed internet connection
- Bilingual a PLUS!
